We are a young company that started with a team of five employees, a lot of drive and a clear objective in sight. We grew successfully with our energetic spirit, with more and more open-minded colleagues who joined us on our mission of our path to sustainable energy supply Today, we are proud of our team of more than 100 employees from 18 countries at two locations.

Besides clean energy, the social projects that we have committed to are always close to our heart. An example is the “Blauer Elefant” child and youth centre and the “Stiftung Kinder forschen” (Little Scientists Foundation). As part of our Social Days, we also offer all our employees the opportunity to become personally involved in local projects during working hours.

From the first day, you will have a personal contact person who will provide support during the on-boarding process. Introductory meetings with your direct line managers and new team members will help you to integrate quickly and make interesting contacts.

For the most part, you can be responsible for structuring your own working hours with us. Our trust-based working hours give you room for individually allocating your time, irrespective of whether you work part-time or full-time.
