From site surveys to securing land and grid connections through to full approval, our financial strength and our expertise are also available to external project development partners.

LAND WANTED FOR SOLAR PARKS.
Become our partner for a sustainable future! We are looking for land suitable for the construction of solar parks with a minimum area of 20 hectares. Our many years of experience and technical expertise enable us to successfully develop, realise and operate solar projects.
Site evaluation, project development, construction and the long-term operation of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems form part of our core strengths as your trusted, competent and reliable partner. We are also committed to continuously maintaining the lifecycle of our PV systems throughout the entire operational phase to ensure long-term, solid and efficient operation.
In doing so, it is particularly important to us to develop PV projects in a transparent and partnership-based way with the inclusion of all local role players. This is why we value fair interactions with communities and private land owners.
Our approach:
1. Site survey: Our team of experts carries out a comprehensive site survey to evaluate the suitability of the land for the construction of a solar park. In this process, we take factors such as solar irradiation, ground conditions and topographical features into account.
2. Planning and approval: We prepare a detailed planning concept for the solar park based on the results of the site survey, which includes placement of the solar panels, connection to the electricity grid and, potentially, landscaping measures. We then apply for all the approvals required for the project.
3. Realisation: As soon as all the approvals have been obtained, we start with the realisation of the solar park. This includes the provision of capital by Blue Elephant Energy and our banking partners, the installation of solar panels and the construction of infrastructure such as access roads and power lines.
4. Operation and maintenance: Once the solar park has been completed, we will also take over the operation and maintenance as owners in order to ensure continuous and reliable electricity generation.
