At Blue Elephant Energy, we are determined to drive the energy transition forward. Through strategic investments and project developments, we accelerate the adoption of renewable energy sources. With our consistent focus on the acquisition, development and operation of our photovoltaic systems, wind farms and energy storage, we are paving the way for a sustainable energy future. Since our establishment, the company’s focus has been on the expansion of solar parks and onshore wind farms. In 2022, we expanded our portfolio with our first energy storage system, further enhancing our ability to shape the future of sustainable energy.
Our plants currently contribute to the decarbonisation of the energy mix in nine countries: Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Hungary, the Dominican Republic and Chile. As we continue to advance our activities in these countries, we aim to expand into additional countries in the years to come.

Our sustainability strategy is designed not only to minimise negative environmental impacts but also to create long-term positive effects in local communities. For this reason, we are involved in various social and environmental projects, particularly in the countries in which we operate.
In the Dominican Republic, for example, we support numerous social initiatives for the local population. A significant proportion of our solar park is designated as an environmental protection area, generating clean energy while preserving biodiversity. In Chile, we support local schools and measures to protect flora and fauna through donations. In various countries across Europe, we work with foundations and charitable organisations that are committed to fighting poverty, supporting children and youth projects, education, public infrastructure, and nature conservation.
